    I have not had any negative side affects From these. I didn’t find them any more effective than regular Metamucil capsules though. Overall I think I will continue with the Metamucil cause I get more for my buck with those.

    These have been very beneficial for me, especially when I’m dealing with bloating. I’ve noticed a difference when using them, and the capsules themselves are easy to take. The pill size is about on par with a standard capsule and I can easily swallow it with a quick gulp of a beverage.I do think they are a little pricey at nearly $20 for only a 14-day supply. However, since this is intended as a cleanse rather than something you take long term, I can understand the price point a little more.     MediStrength Colon+ Cleanse & Support is okay.The capsules are a bit on the larger size.They have an herbaceous odor that is pleasant to me.They are to be taken at night with a large amount of water.They are loaded with prebiotics and prebiotics along with fiber, magnesium and aloe vera.They did cause me some cramping but my intestines are very sensitive to fiber and movement. I started with the lower dose suggested.The dosage is 2-4 capsules and there is 28 capsules in the container. Giving you a 7-14 day supply depending on how many capsules are taken at a time.I feel that the MediStrength Colon+ Cleanse and Support is quite effective.The price seems reasonable for a supplement such as this.I would recommend researching them and trying them if this is something that you are interested in.
