One of the Easiest Wellness Habits I’ve Added to My Routine

One thing I’ve realized as I’ve gotten older (I’m 39 now) is that skincare isn’t just about serums and moisturizers anymore. I’m paying a lot more attention to what I’m doing from the inside, too. Over the past year I’ve been making a conscious effort to increase my protein intake, add creatine to my routine, and now collagen has become another part of that overall wellness plan. I wanted something that would be easy to use consistently because, at least in my opinion, that’s what really matters with a supplement like this. What immediately caught my attention about this formula is that it goes beyond just collagen peptides. Along with 10 grams of hydrolyzed collagen per serving, it also includes vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, prebiotics, and probiotic ingredients. Since these are ingredients that are commonly paired with collagen in wellness routines, I like the idea of having them together in one product instead of buying several separate supplements. Most mornings I toss a scoop into a smoothie with my protein powder, and because it’s unflavored, I honestly forget it’s even in there. I’ve also mixed it into plain water just to see how it performs, and it dissolves surprisingly well with very little effort. It doesn’t leave behind gritty bits or stubborn clumps, which has been one of my biggest frustrations with some collagen powders I’ve tried in the past.I also spent a few minutes looking over the Supplement Facts because I always like to know exactly what I’m getting. A serving is 10.5 grams, with 10 grams coming from hydrolyzed collagen peptides, so the formula is still very much collagen-focused. The added vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, prebiotics, and probiotic ingredients don’t feel like they’re there to bulk up the serving. Instead, they complement the collagen and make it feel like a more thoughtfully designed wellness supplement.Another thing I appreciate is what isn’t included. It’s unflavored, contains no added sugar, and doesn’t load the formula with unnecessary extras that could change the taste of whatever you’re mixing it into. That makes it incredibly easy to work into my normal routine without having to think about it.I also think it’s important to have realistic expectations with collagen. This isn’t the kind of supplement where you wake up a week later looking ten years younger. Benefits for skin, hair, nails, and joints generally come with consistent, long-term use, and I’m perfectly okay with that. I’d rather invest in healthy habits that I can actually maintain than chase products promising overnight miracles. At the end of the day, that’s probably what I like most about this collagen. It removes almost every excuse for skipping it. It mixes easily, has virtually no taste, fits seamlessly into the smoothies I’m already making, and includes several complementary ingredients in a collagen-first formula. For anyone who’s trying to be more intentional about their health as they get older, this is an easy addition to a daily routine, and sometimes the easiest habits are the ones that end up making the biggest difference.

    A different approach to collagen

This product offers a convenient way to add collagen to your lifestyle in a different way, allowing the body the opportunity to absorb it beyond just surface level. The additional ingredients help round out the benefits and I appreciate how the packaging is simple and effective. No overwhelming colors or images, just the information you need. The container holds each dose nicely and while it is on the more costly side, the quality is definitely here. It’s easy to incorporate into your routines and the lack of flavor helps make it easy I imagine for most people to enjoy without any off-putting taste. Overall, if this is in your budget and you are open to trying a different type of peptide powder, you will likely be satisfied. Just know that this is only a single month serving.

Mixes better than most, still figuring out if it’s doing anything

Got this for my fiancée since collagen powders aren’t really my thing. She’s been scooping it into her morning coffee for a couple weeks now. First thing she said was that it doesn’t have that weird chalky aftertaste some of her old ones had, which apparently was a big deal because she’d tried at least two other brands that made her coffee taste off. She’s not doing a full daily thing with it, more like four or five times a week when she remembers. No dramatic before and after with her skin or nails or whatever, but she did mention her joints felt a little less creaky after her Saturday run, though she’s the first to admit that could be a placebo thing or just a good stretch that day. The tub itself is a decent size and sits on the kitchen counter now instead of in a cabinet, which honestly is the real test of whether something gets used consistently in our house. One annoyance, she says the scoop that comes with it is a little small so she’s eyeballing extra powder half the time instead of measuring properly. Not a dealbreaker, just mildly irritating for someone who likes precise portions. Can’t speak to hair or long term joint stuff since it’s only been a few weeks, but for what it is, she’d probably buy it again once this tub runs out.

Collagen enhanced with some great added ingredients; as a long-time collagen user I approve

I have taken collagen daily for years as part of my general anti-aging and health support regimen. I’ve tried a number of different brands. Here is how Nutriveria Collagen Peptides Powder stacks up, according to my criteria:1. Is it hydrolyzed? Yes. Hydrolyzed means is a form that is more readily absorbed by the body. When I first started using collagen, hydrolyzation was not the norm, but it is now. I would be surprised to find any non-hydrolyzed collagen on the market today.2. Is it easily dissolvable? Yes. When I add a scoop to my coffee, it dissolves almost immediately, requiring just a stir or two with a spoon.3. Does it leave a taste? Yes, a very slight one. Some collagen powders have a “dead cow” taste; after all, that’s what bovine collagen derives from. This taste is not that, but rather a mild “sweetness” is the best way I can describe it. I’m not sure where that comes from as there is no added sugar in the product. Suffice it to say that this powder doesn’t *significantly* alter the taste of my black coffee, and that’s what matters.4. Is it pure collagen? No, but that’s the brand’s selling point. A 10.5-gram serving contains a full 10 grams of collagen; the remaining half gram is hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, inulin and four probiotics. I approve of these; hyaluronic acid and vitamin C are known to have skin benefits, while inulin and probiotics help with gut health, which in turn aids collagen’s bioavailability (as I understand it). There is no sugar or artificial flavor, so I consider this a clean product even with the extra ingredients.Bottom line: I like this. Although not 100% collagen, the chosen additional ingredients support and enhance the benefits I look for. I note that it’s sold as an “advanced beauty and joint formula.” The word “beauty” in any product is a giveaway that it’s being targeted at women, as old-fashioned as that might sound. I am a man, but that doesn’t bother me; the formulation appears to be a good one for anyone concerned about maintaining skin and joints as they get older. If it makes me a more beautiful man, so much the better!A couple of other notes: This product is made in the USA, from globally sourced ingredients. The label states that it is third-party tested. At 10.5 grams per serving (using the included plastic scoop), you get 30 servings—one month’s worth.

Tall tub of collagen peptides plus probiotics

I take a daily dose of collagen for skin, hair, and nails as I age, but joint pain relief is an added benefit I wasn’t expecting. This bovine collagen has 10g of peptides and 50mg of hyaluronic acid for hydration. It also has vitamin C to help with absorption and synthesis. The daily dose is one scoop and there are 30 servings in the container. This is a competitive price for this kind of skin and joing support.I put it in my coffee or water. It dissolves easily with no grit and it does not add any flavor.

    Mixes well in any liquid

As I age, I am a 68 year old man, I have been taking better care of myself, regular exercise, better diet, more focus on wellness, this product is a good addition to my day routine. I have been taking this to help with joint discomfort from workouts. I am hoping that the collagen with also have a positive impact on my skin and hair. I do apply coconut oil to my face and hair, this product should help slow down the crows feet( laugh lines)around my eyes.the powder is easy to use, the included scoop is a single serving. I have been taking it dissolved in warm water, the taste is not horrible, you can dissolve the powder in anything, coffee, tea, smoothies, whatever. In addition to the Collagen, there are other ingredients to help on your wellness journey. Recommended

    Solid Collagen Product

I like that this product hasn’t a bunch of useless fillers, added sugar or added formulations that my doctor tells me to avoid. You take 10.5 g of product and get 10. G of collagen – nice. Easy to use, includes measuring scoop, and dissolves well. It does have some flavor and a slight odor if you sniff it in the bottle, but I did not consider it unpleasant. There are some products out there that have a very strong unpleasant taste, this is not one of them. You can mix this with a variety of products just depending upon your personal taste. The product really does provide 10 grams of hydrolyzed bovine collagen, and modest dose of other potentially beneficial ingredients.I have only been taking this product for about 2 weeks without any issues. I have not yet experienced any huge benefits, but my understanding is that this can take many weeks for skin, and months for joint issues. I consider this a very good value basic collagen product.

No off flavors despite all the other added ingredients, so I am skeptical.

I added this to my strawberry smoothie and I noticed the flavor was not affected, at all. I was happy about that but then…..I like to make sure the product is legit so I tried to verify the company. The product is made in the USA, in California. They also have a website. However, I called the number and it didn’t identify the company name. The website only has 2 products. If you click the social media links at the bottom, such as Facebook and Instagram, it takes you to a Wix site.I would not buy again, as I’m not sure the company is legit.
