subtle flavor, great results
I’ve tried quite a few hydration mixes, and this one really stands out because it combines electrolytes + collagen in one simple packet. It’s a great 2-in-1 solution, especially after workouts or long days when I want to rehydrate and still get some added benefits for joints and skin. The lemon lime flavor is clean and refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial tasting, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that it’s zero sugar, so I can use it daily without worrying about extra calories. Each packet mixes easily in water and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste or gritty texture like some collagen products do. That alone makes it way more enjoyable to actually stick with. What I’ve noticed after using it consistently is better post-workout recovery and less soreness, plus it feels good knowing I’m supporting hydration, muscle recovery, and overall wellness at the same time. The convenience is another big win. The individual packets are perfect for travel, gym bags, or just keeping at your desk.Overall, this is a really well-rounded product if you’re looking for hydration + recovery + collagen support in one. I’ll definitely keep these on hand.

AMAZING
I originally picked these up because I wanted something for hydration that wasn’t loaded with sugar, but I ended up liking them a lot more than I expected. The lemon flavor is refreshing and light without tasting overly artificial or too sweet, which is usually my biggest issue with electrolyte drinks. It’s easy to drink consistently, especially in the morning or after being outside for a while. What stood out to me most is that these don’t just feel like a basic hydration mix. The added collagen and vitamins make it feel more like an all-in-one wellness drink instead of just electrolytes. I’ve been drinking them regularly and have noticed I feel less drained during the day, especially on busy days when I forget to eat or drink enough water.I also appreciate that they’re sugar free and keto-friendly because they don’t leave me with that heavy or overly sweet feeling afterward. The packets dissolve pretty easily, and I haven’t noticed any gritty texture. The added glutathione and collagen were a big reason I wanted to try them, and while I mainly bought them for hydration, my skin has actually been looking a bit healthier and more refreshed lately too.Another thing I liked is how convenient the individual packets are. I’ve been keeping a few in my bag and using them while traveling or after workouts. Overall, these have become an easy daily habit for me because they taste good, help with hydration, and feel like they support more than just energy levels.

Not for me.
I did not like the taste and found the amount of powder too much for one water bottle. do not recommend.
Sambina –
As described, would recommend of you are new to these type of hydration powders
These have good citrus flavor and dissolves even in cold water.
Corenna Seal –
Hardly any taste.
The taste is barely there. But a good source of collagen and electrolytes.

SugarFree + Protein/Collagen = bonus : Mixing in water bottle = not so muchSugarFree + Protein/Collagen = bonus : Mixing in water bottle = not so much
These Electrolyte and Collagen Hydration packets by AirVigor while low in sugar are about the same calorie wise to other popular hydration packets due to the added collagen/protein. It is 9 grams of protein, which is just about the same as an 8 ounce glass of milk.I have not had luck getting it to dissolve very well in a standard plastic water bottle. The collagen powder just floats on top, making a little mess if you don’t drink a little of the water before adding the powder it can spill over, as seen in my video. And just shaking in a regular plastic water bottle it doesn’t mix in very well, and leaves floating chunks.I compared this to another brand, which is one of the standards of electrolyte mixes for me, and while Air Vigor does a valiant effort, the ease of dissolving, opening the packet, and overall taste the Air Vigor falls short for me.The electrolyte nutritional value between the two are the same, with the same amount of Potassium, Vitamin C, B3 (Niacin), B6, B12, and Pntothenic Acid in each. The Main difference is the Added sugar and Protein amount. Air Vigor has no added sugar (uses Stevia instead) and 9grams of Protein compared to 11grams of added sugar and no protein for the other.Cost without a sale is just about $2 per packet for Air Vigor, the other is about 15-25% less per packet.
