Is a lot for me to take of one supplement but I am taking 4 daily because I really like the ingredients in this. The capsules aren’t too big for me to swallow, I take them with a glass of water. This supplement may be taken with or without food, I take it with a meal. I do not detect a taste nor are there any afterburps, no digestive upset since starting these. The container arrived well sealed, the expiration date it clearly printed on the bottom of the container 5/28/2027 ( there is also a phone number imprinted on the bottom of the container. I like that these are made in the USA, the bottle and cap are recyclable. I am pleased with this supplement overall however the price may be a bit high for some of us.

I read the product description and researched the ingredients. Thought this sounded like a good addition for PCOS supplements, however it didn’t work for me. I felt very bloated (within 2 days) while using and felt uncomfortable enough I discontinued use after a week. I am perimenopausal so maybe this works good for younger women.

Good Quality Supplement, But Pricey!
I have been struggling with my menstrual cycles for the last few years. My cycle is no longer regular and has a different duration every time. I recently started taking these capsules and noticed a difference in my first period cycle after taking them for a few weeks. My cycle is now more regular. I feel like these capsules made a huge difference in my menstruation and will definitely be buying them regularly to maintain the benefits. I also appreciate that these capsules contain CoQ10, folate, wild blueberry and pomegranate to provide additional health benefits such as antioxidants and overall well-being.There are 120 capsules inside each bottle. The recommended dose is 4 a day. The capsules are a regular to large size and are easy enough to swallow, but there are a lot of them! I typically take 2 with lunch and then 2 before I go to bed to make it easier. Each 120ct bottle is a 1-month supply, which makes this supplement expensive, but it is definitely worth it for me because of the health benefits this supplement provides. I did notice some stomach upset when I took these on an empty stomach. I recommend that you take these with a meal or take them at night before you go to bed so you sleep through any discomfort.

Innovative blend to reduce inflammation and give cellular energy
I like this thoughtful supplement. It is designed for supporting women’s health, especially those with PCOS or feeling hormonally dysregulated. I took these with food and found no adverse effect. The ingredients included are beneficial in that they reduce oxidative stress state within the body along with proinflammatory activity. I like especially the PQQ which assists with promoting cellular energy along with methylated forms of b vitamins…Shifting the body takes time and support through whole nutrition and ingredients that gently support are a great strategy to make a difference in health. I found I had good energy with these supplements. I split the 4 capsules into 2 after a lunch meal and 2 at bedtime.

High quality supplement
This is an interesting formulation aimed at supporting hormonal balance in women – something we are all bound to struggle with as we grow older. It has an assortment of good ingredients, the main one being PQQ, but it is supplemented by inositol, coQ10 5-MTHF folate and a collection of polyhenols – all good stuff that would have been included in my to-try list. What I like is that there are 4g of inositol in this, so a very respectable dose (something that I guess is also the reason for the serving size being 4 capsules). The capsules are easy to swallow, at least for me.The product is manufactured in the USA from (like most supplements) globally sourced ingredients in a cGMP certified facility – given the global sourcing, I would have loved to hear of third-party testing though. That being said, so far I’ve had no side effects – but I guess true effects will take a while.

Navigating life as a woman in my 30s after having a child, I’ve been on the lookout for supplements that support hormonal balance. This product caught my eye because of its claims and ingredients. I’ve been taking the recommended four capsules daily, which equates to a 30 day supply per bottle. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 with my lunch. I’ve noticed a positive shift and feel calmer overall. The lack of third party testing is a slight concern. Be sure to take the recommended dosage with food to avoid an upset stomach.
