Easy Addition to My Longevity Routine
I ordered this because I was already taking both NMN and Urolithin A every day, just as two separate supplements. I take a pretty decent number of supplements already, so anytime I can combine two things I was going to take anyway and cut down on the number of pills, I am interested.I also already use quite a few supplements from Codeage, and I have had consistently good experiences with their formulas. That made me more comfortable switching from my separate NMN and Urolithin A products to this combined version rather than trying a brand I was not familiar with.Each serving gives me 500 mg of NMN and 500 mg of Urolithin A, so I like that I am still getting meaningful amounts of both ingredients instead of a combination formula where one of them is barely included. The liposomal delivery system is another reason I was interested in this particular version since Codeage uses that approach in quite a few of their supplements.The capsules themselves are easy for me to swallow, and I have not had any stomach upset from them. I usually take my morning supplements on an empty stomach, and these have been perfectly comfortable for me that way. I absolutely love the Codeage brand and use it for many of my supplements in my extensive daily stack. Their products are high quality, tested to a high standard and contain premium ingredients without any extra fillers. I have previously taken another brand of Urolithin A and there were hardly any options on the market so I really did not have options to choose from. SO happy to see a version released by Codeage!!!! I have a lot of trust in the brand, whereas some other the other supplement companies on the market I just don’t know enough about to trust them fully. I have found Urolithin is said to be very helpful for cellular health and aids in the turnover of your mitochondria. I thought I’d sample these as part of a burgeoning field of longevity science. I tried a little, but a few warnings about possible interactions with prescription medication that I saw when researching online have led me to discontinue its use. What I can say is that it’s easy to swallow, and I didn’t experience any immediate issues with indigestion, allergic reaction, or other acute problems. I have been testing different forms of NMN, including injectables and reading the human trial studies on them. I have found that most studies conclude that there is no benefit from injecting NAD, which I know at one point everyone was saying you had to do that. You get just as much from the pill form liposomal NMN. This supplement has combined two highly talked‑about ingredients: NMN (500 mg) and Urolithin A. The pairing makes sense for anyone interested in cellular energy, mitochondrial support, or healthy aging, although I am new to the Urolithin A.I did replace my regular NMN supplement which was 90 for a 30 day supply with these and noticed no major change yet.
