Interested in the liposomal delivery of this
I’ve had good experiences with moringa for arthritic pain reduction but had not tried liposomal formulations for better absorption. In the past 2 weeks I’ve been taking this, I’m not sure the liposomal version is having any different effect, even with the addition of Ashwagandha, Turmeric, and black pepper. Weather is warming here and I’ve not had as much of a pain flare either, so it may be hard to accurately judge the efficacy of this product at this time. It is standardized and claims to have organic ingredients, which I approve of and look for when I can afford to. This offers a 3-month supply for just under $40, however, which may make it unattainable or sustainable for those on a budget. That is just a little over $10/month, however, which is good if it absorbs better than other brands or types. I will give this more time and update the review if/when I notice benefits above and beyond the powdered/capsule formulation of this blend’s ingredients.

More motivation
I just started these a few weeks ago, but I have already noticed a bump in my motivation and energy levels. If I take the full dose (2 capsules), I noticed I crashed harder in the afternoon (I’m 8 months postpartum, up all night with a teething baby, have two other kids that I homeschool, and I have adrenal issues and Lyme). But if I only take one capsule in the morning I feel really good, so I’m doing that for now along with a few other supplements and dietary/ lifestyle things.This is a good quality supplement with clean ingredients and I’m hopeful it’s benefits continue to add up for me. I will update this review in a few months if I notice any new changes!
