Quality was degraded and powder was old and crusty!!!
Do not buy this supplement from here. It was discolored, and looked like it had shards of yellow old crumbled supplement sediment!! Such a disappointment as I love his brand!

2 month supply does not match with recommended serving
The main reason why I give it a 2 start and not 5 is because they are wrongly advertising that it is a 2 month supply. On the back of the product it says 60 servings (60 little scoops) but the recommend take is 2 scoops a day… 60 divided by 2 is 30, 1 month has 30 days on average last time I checked… Math is not mathing.Other than that big misleading info I didn’t really think the flavor was awful, but again I’m not picky with flavors. Now does it work? As someone who has depression and was on medication over 2 years I did notice a difference in my mood, I also feel like it’s important to note that I was 1 year postpartum when I started using it. I did not see (yet) a difference in my menstrual cycle, I am usually regular but after the pregnancy I breastfed for 1 year so we’ll see.

This inositol really work i try other brands before but non of them were giving resultos for me.This one helped to control my blood sugar spikes I noticed that when I take it those days my sugar was really stable and i feel really calm and no food noise.When you start taking it you have to give a few days to se results maybe 5 days after you will start noticing de results .And i like that it has folate in itLove it
