Like this combination: cloves, cinnamon, and ginger. Adding the Turmeric and black pepper helps distinguish from other similar mixes. Easy to swallow. No negatives with use. Like it.

Not for me
I love the idea of adding cloves to our natural remedies cabinet, but these are just not for me. I don’t see anything that clearly states that they are vegetarian or where they are made. The jar was sealed, but the outside is very scratched and looks old. The ingredient list looks good and the pills smell alright.

Clean and potent
I like this supplement because the clove potency is pretty strong at 600mg per capsule. I also like the added ingredients of cinnamon, turmeric and black pepper. There are zero fillers and one container contains 150 capsules which will last 5 months. There is a very light clove scent but it’s not very noticeable. The capsules are standard size and easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

A pleasant combination
With cloves, cinnamon, ginger and turmeric and black pepper to boost them in this supplement it has a wealth of benefits. The ingredients appear to be pure and I especially appreciated that it has Ceylon Cinnamon in it and not some other cinnamon that causes me damage. I also appreciate that there are not other added fillers and such only the vegetable capsule.I have enjoyed taking this supplement but the dosage of the ingredients does not seem very high to me. However, I know even lover amounts of these ingredients will provide some great benefits. It could be better if the ingredients were all organic.The capsules themselves are not very big and swallow easily with any drink. They smell pretty much like spices. They come in a container that resembles what one might see face cream in. I am not sure how well the container is keeping the capsules sealed up. The words on the label are quite small and hard to read as well.The capsules can be taken just like they are or you can open them up and dump them in a smoothie or other drink. Another option is to sprinkle them on an entree for a spicy dinner.I have been taking this supplement for about 3 weeks now and have had no ill effects. I have not noticed much difference yet. I will have to take it a few more weeks to see if it makes any difference in my digestion or respiratory system.I feel this is a decent supplement to have in my supplement regime and look forward to seeing what it does for me in the long run. The price is not bad for those of us who do not make their own supplements like this. For others it may be cheaper to buy all of the ingredients and mix up their own combination like this.

so many health benefits!
The herbs in this supplement have a whole host of health benefits, including boosting immunity. Since starting taking these at the end of December I haven’t gotten sick once – with three kids we get a number of illnesses coming through the house. I broke one open to taste the contents and you can definitely tell this contains what it claims to contain, and not a bunch of other weird stuff. With 150 pills these are going to last me around 5 months!

Maybe an old batch?
I could not use this product. The capsules contained a grayish white powder with no smell. How can there be no hint of clove or cinnamon?when I opened one up and tasted it I had no hint, not even a slight hint, of what might be in it, as there was no flavor.

The capsules are easy to take
The jar contains 150 capsules and the serving size is only one capsule daily, so this is a 150 day supply. The price is very reasonable. The capsules are easy to take with water or any beverage. See my photo for a full list of the ingredients. I recommend this supplement, especially if you like adding cloves to your diet, which I do.

I chose this supplement for its ingredients, some of which I was already taking separately and some of which I use in cooking, both for their nutrient properties and for taste they lend in cooking, and also for specific healthful benefits.Finding a supplement with all 5 ingredients together was a happy surprise. At one capsule per day, this is a 5 month supply for me. The capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow.Listed below are the criteria important to me and if each was met or not met. There are 4 symbols on the label that are hard to read and even more blurry with magnification, but I was able to make out two of them. I went to the company website to verify what they are and learned that Gudomet supplements are manufactured in India, are NABL certified and 3rd Party Tested. Although 3rd Party Testing is done, no COA (Certificate of Analysis) is included, nor available on the webste for this supplement.
