I feel so much better after being on these vitamins for awhile. My energy level has been greatly increased and I no longer have the terrible fatigue I was dealing with. Easy to Take and Gentle on My Stomach
I’ve been very happy with this methylated multivitamin. The capsules are easy to take and haven’t caused any stomach upset, even when taken in the morning. I like that it contains methylated forms of important B vitamins along with a good variety of other vitamins and minerals.Since adding it to my daily routine, I’ve felt more consistent with my energy and overall wellness. I feel like this is a good product, but a word of warning. I went on a trip and used a pill container like the ones that have separate compartments for the days of the week. I noticed some black specks inside the capsule. The pill container was always in a cool dry place but not in original container. The capsules in the airtight original container were normal looking. I ended up throwing the ones with black specks in the trash for fear of not being good anymore. Anyways, keep them in original container until ready to take.
