Seems to work well! Solid multimane!
These seem to help with fall out, I’ve definitely noticed less shedding and less hair on the brush lately, all in all a well made “multi-mane” – taste isn’t bad, the first bottle was definitely more colllagen forward than my second and third (iykyk) but bottles 2 & 3 are more strawberry marshmallow forward. All in all they seem to be working well, they do get a little clumped together but nothing a good shake can’t break loose. They seem to have solid ingredients and I think they are really fair for the value.

Not only do the smell terrible they taste even worse than they smell.forced myself to take for a month- but the second bottle went straight in the trash

Taste is good; chew easily. I haven’t taken them long enough to know if they are making much of a difference yet (only a couple weeks). No problems digesting or any side effects.

I’ve just hit that age where my skin is starting to look older, and now I need to do a little extra to turn back the clock or at least slow it down. These are great for that. After taking them for a few week I actually can see improvement in my skin and nails. I would definitely say these are effective. I’ve purchased several products from this brand and I’m always impressed. I love that they use clean ingredients. I usually don’t like taking supplements because it feels like a pain, but these are easy to take because they taste amazing. They are so delicious that I always want to take more than the recommended dose of two (I don’t though). No side effects others than better skin, hair and nails. I will definitely continue using these going forward, great value for your money. Highly recommend.
