Well I’ll be darned if this supplement isn’t from a legitimate company in Germany! Some of the ingredients are good for other things (especially the hair), and certainly wouldn’t hurt, but they are not needed for the prostate.The Strength of The DosesThe label says it contains 500mg of Pumpkin Seed Extract and 33.3mg of Saw Palmetto Extract, but it does NOT say what RATIOS those Extracts are at…What are they? 10 to 1? 20 to 1? 50 to 1? Great blend of ingredients for prostate health and so much more.
I have been trying various brands of Saw palmetto supplements over the past few years and this is the first one I found with a blend of Pumpkin seed extract and Pumpkin powder. Some of the benefits of Pumpkin seeds are similiar to Saw Palmetto regarding prostate health and hair growth. But additionally Pumpkin seeds are also known to be anti parasitic, anti inflammatory and helps to reduce blood sugar levels. I feel like I’m getting a lot more help with this supplement alone.I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and haven’t had any negative side effects. My urinary functions are still better than when I wasn’t taking Saw Palmetto. The only thing l’d like to see is a larger dose of Saw Palmetto in each capsules.

When the #33 Posta Complex by CLAV showed up on my feed, I ordered a bottle to try it out.First of all, this was the first supplement I’ve ordered that came in a glass bottle. Plastics are a particularly nasty thing, and it is fantastic to see companies move away from them. The bottle was well protected and arrived without shattering. Great first impressions! There’s also 120 capsules per container, which is a fair amount for the price and quality.It is hard to say how effective the pills are, but they seem really high quality all around, with natural ingredients. I would have to say I’m impressed with CLAV’s focus on putting quality first. The pills are, however, rather large and requires swallowing two per serving. It doesn’t bother me, but may present an issue for some. Having said that, I would recommend the investment in these pills!

Excellent ingredients: pumpkin seed extract 4:1, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, pomegranate peel extract, nettle leaf powder, black garlic extract 10:1, broccoli extract, pumpkin seed powder, saw palmetto extract, zinc gluconate.I also like that in comes on a glass jar, since I don’t need any more micro-plastics in my diet.My only reservation is the cost seems a little expensive for a couple of months of product.
