A gummy with clean ingredients, but have a vitamin flavor.
Supplements seem to be an ongoing thing in this day and age. You don’t really know what is in processed foods, specifically what is lacking. Few people are happy with choking down horsepills to supplement their diet. Chewable can be a good alternative, but then you worry about sugar content and additives. These have clean ingredients and are non-gmo!This product has good packaging and a good safety seal. They are good for approximately 2 years. The labeling is a little small but clear. The fact that it is sugar-free as well as vegan are big plusses. The taste is somewhat like strawberry. It is more like a generic berry flavor. Not too sweet, which is preferable. Although there is a definite “vitamin” flavor that kids will probably detect.92 percent choline for two gummies is better than some alternatives. It is too early to tell, but this seems like a good product.

Overly sweet and has phosphatidylserine. I only purchased these because my other choline gummy has been out of stock. Taking them for pregnancy, so that’s the concern for the phosphatidylserine. I don’t plan on purchasing again.

Taste good
I’ve been using this for extra choline since my prenatal does not have enough. They taste better than my prenatal gummies. The only issue is that they are meant for kids and they are pretty hard to chew. They def need to be softer.

Terrible taste and texture. It’s a hard chew as well, I can put up with that and the synthetic strawberry taste if it wasn’t for the chalky aftertaste.
