These really work! They also taste great. The price is good. I am subscribing them monthly because they help with anxiety. It’s better than Xanax because you feel relaxed but can keep working. It doesn’t zonk you out.

I don’t know how well they work, but these are delicious. Probably depends on your sensitivity to supplements or your tolerance. I ate like ten of them before bed, but don’t try that at home. Have some water by your bedside, these will make you a bit more thirsty in my opinion.

Terrible. These do absolutely nothing positive and since I started taking them I wake up with headaches and my sleep has been terrible. I tried for about two weeks to see if it might improve but it didn’t. I’ve stopped taking these and don’t recommend them to anyone.

I was skeptical about this product. My Son and I have awful insomnia. Took the recommended 2 gummies and the last thing I remember was Bob Ross painting some pictures(smile). Fell asleep instantly. I wake up much better as well.

Risky health side affects
Good taste and I feel like they might of been giving me some type of “relief” until my doctor ordered blood tests and showed decreased kidney function since taking these. Will not buy again

I’ve tried these on and off over the past few months. Pros: taste great and help to give me a relaxed vibe before bed. Con: when I take them regularly I tend to feel numb the following day.
