Really convenient
These MCT and cinnamon softgels are such a good idea. Although I love the taste of Ceylon cinnamon, I almost never remember to take the powder as it does not mix into everything and goes best with sweet foods, which I do not eat much of.I have bought and taken both separately, but these are much easier to be consistent with. The quality of the softgels is fine. They are not too big, and the packaging seems like the standard bulk packaging you see with a lot of supplements. For 300 softgels, I think it is a really good value, especially if you get them with the current coupon.As far as effectiveness, I would classify this as a mild dietary supplement with fairly well-established benefits and few side effects. Some indigestion might be possible if you take too much cinnamon, but I do not really see much risk here with these softgels. There is a reason I bought Ceylon cinnamon and MCT oil in the past, and I think they are probably even better together. I do not think they can completely replace the powder, though, because sometimes you really do crave cinnamon in your food.

I really like these capsules. It’s ten times easier to get a dosage in this way than relying on the powder. Plus, each capsule is packed with MCT oil, which is beneficial on its own. They explode
These capsules are all stuck together in the pouch, and when I try to grip one to pull it off the clump, they sometimes explode orange liquid. It gets all over the other capsules in the pouch. The skin is very thin. I’m not sure yet if it has effected my blood sugar yet or not. If so I’ll update.

Easier way to get cinnamon in your diet
These are easy to take, no strong taste or smell since they’re in softgel form. A lot easier than trying to eat cinnamon powder which is supposed to help with inflammation. 300 count is a huge supply, lasts a long time even with daily use. They go down smoothly, no issues with the softgel texture or size. A convenient way to get Ceylon cinnamon into a daily routine without dealing with powder or capsules that are harder to swallow. I’m not a huge supplement guy and haven’t been able to get in the habit of taking anything daily so with my sporadic use I can’t judge the effectiveness very well yet. On the other hand, I haven’t experienced any negative side effects from the times that I have taken it. These are on sale a lot and a really great value at those times. But even at full price it seems to be a competitive price.
