I’ve been taking BMVINVOL Ceylon Cinnamon for about three weeks and I can tell a difference in my energy levels and overall how I feel. There are a lot of cinnamon products out there and finding one that works and is affordable was what I was looking for. I also combined Berberine with this product to maximize the effects of lowering my glucose. I’ve been fighting high blood sugar for a long time and I could always tell when it spiked because I would get a headache and very tired. Since taking the BMVINVOL products (twice daily) I have not been having any of those spells. I will be getting my A1C checked in a few weeks and will update this review one way or the other.

Promising Great Supplement
This is a great supplement for lowering sugar levels. The Ceylon cinnamon alone is a great deal but it comes with 5 other ingredients which are superb. Going for my blood tests in 60 days so I’ll be able to see the actual results.

Happy with product
I had gotten this product to assist with by diabetes. I had heard that cinnamon can help. I had looked at many different products and settled on this one. I like that it also has Apple Cider Vinegar and Turmeric. I like this so I don’t have to take a lot of different supplements. It is all in one. I have also lost 10 lbs with this with no changes in by daily activates. I will continue to use this product.

it works, sugar levels are dropping!
So ive been using this for 2 weeks already, 2 caps per day. prior sugar readings 5.6- 5.8 since taking the caps its been lowing down to 4.4 consistently. i do one blood test a day and the readings have been consistent. other benefits i have noticed is less bloating. crave for food has diminished. i had zero side effects, no stomach pains,no bad aftertaste… nothing. i haven’t used this supplement long enough to conclude weight loss.. but its slowly going down… i guess because theres less food binging/craves.my main purpose of trying this brand was stabilizing my sugar levels. i hope this helps anyone else with similar alleviated sugar levels like me
