Ceylon Cinnamon gel cap supplements
With both sides of my family having diabetes I did some research and the ceylon cinnamon is the exact type of cinnamon that can prevent spikes in blood sugar levels. I started taking cinnamon supplements as a hopeful preventative measure with very little dietary changes but the capsules were horse pills. I’m so glad to have found these they are gel capsules about the some size as a 400iu vitamin E gel capsule and just as potent. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to take cinnamon supplements and I’ve found an excellent replacement from what I was taking.

I trust Ceylon cinnamon and small for those with swallowing problems
I haven’t been taking them long enough to know how they are effecting my blood sugar control, but I trust Ceylon cinnamon to help with that. This is a good value for the money. There are enough of them for 100 days, so duration is great. They are pure Ceylon cinnamon. I like taking the small gel caps as opposed to the bigger capsules that I was taking. I would definitely recommend these gel caps.
