Surprisingly effective GI support from a non-digestive labeled supplement
When I was looking at supplements, I came across this one and noticed that although it wasn’t advertised as a GI supplement, every ingredient on the front of the bottle was one I’ve used or still use for improving gastric motility. That alone made it stand out, especially since I have to manage gastroparesis, and am always looking for effective support.Ginger is a staple mine for encouraging gastric emptying, and both berberine and apple cider vinegar have a track record for improving gut movement. Ceylon cinnamon also adds a prokinetic and anti-bloating effect that I’ve found helpful in the past. Looking at the full label, turmeric, cayenne, and guggul round out the formula with additional anti-inflammatory or motility-related properties.With a once-daily capsule and a long-lasting bottle, this “metabolic” and “cardiovascular support” supplement has become one of the most useful supplements I take for digestive support – particularly improved gastric motility.

I love adding super foods to my diet. But it’s hard to eat them every day. My own primary care physician has recommended some of these to me. There are at least six ingredients in the small capsules that I have wanted to add to my supplements on a daily basis including pomegranate which I find to be a hassle to eat fresh. This is the first that I’ve seen an all in one product with these ingredients.I think this is a unique product by a company I had never previously heard of. What a great value since each bottle lasts for five months. I will continue to use this product after this bottle has been used completely. There are no unnecessary fillers, and even the capsule itself is just a single ingredient of cellulose, which is a vegetable fiber.I like that there is pepper in it, which helps increase the absorption. I’m not looking for instant noticeable results which truly isn’t possible with supplements. What I like are the long-term health benefits.

I never recommend that anyone ingest anything without first consulting your physician. Vitamins and supplements are all different, some do not accumulate in your body, others do, and it’s important not to upset the delicate balance of having enough without having too much. However, if you can improve your body with natural herbs, I personally prefer that to pharmaceuticals, although they are often necessary as well. That’s why keeping your doctor in the loop is crucial to good overall health.These supplements arrived cellophane wrapped, and safety sealed.They arrived within just a couple of days, and the quantity and description are accurate.The 150 count capsules are normal sized, not overly large for those who have issues swallowing pills or capsules.They are presented in an amber-colored plastic bottle.The expiration date on my bottle is 4/2028, so these are ‘fresh’ and not old stock.They are distributed (not manufactured) by a company in Dover DE.
