I’ve been taking them for a week now with creatine, fish oil, d3-k2, magnesium glycinate, and today I started taking turmeric pills for joint aches. This stack has made me feel great one Week into taking them. The multivitamin comes in a well made metal container. The pills are not small but not too big either. Seems like a quality product. I am taking it with other things so not sure about effects, but no negatives at all. I feel great. I would reccomend.

Enough and Right Ratios!
This is a good ratio mix of the important nutrients for older young people like me, lol. And if you get a jar of these, you’ll notice a positive difference in the non-breakable bottle. It’s a really cool metal bottle. Don’t throw this one away! I like tailored products like this. Some nutrition products just don’t put enough of the key nutrients in the tablet. This one does the job.
