I like this stuff! I’ve definitely noticed a spring in my step that wasn’t there before, and an improvement in my general state of being. Aches & pains aren’t all gone, but are reduced, or maybe they just don’t bother me as much. I’m not really sure, but I’m good with it either way! I’ll call it a “mood elevator”, just due the fact that I generally feel better, and It’s easy to be in a good mood when you feel better! I take it straight rather than mixing it. The taste is a little sweet with just a hint of heat. At the time of this review, a 2 month supply was $16.99, which seems reasonable for a product that actually works, and for me… it works! Definitely recommended!👍

Using in topical as well
I’ve been using this as a topical in my homemade tigar balm. It’s extremely effective with cayenne as the main ingredient it gives that perfect warming effect. It is made to be a tincture that you consume for energy and taste so it is a good dual purpose item offering high quality ingredients. Great value because of that

I like the blend of supplements but not so much the taste.
I’ve been using this supplement consistently and have been happy with it overall. The combination of cayenne pepper, berberine, cinnamon, CoQ10, and gymnema is what initially caught my attention since it brings together several ingredients commonly associated with circulatory and metabolic support. The liquid format is somewhat convenient, though I would rather be able to take it directly instead of mixing it with water. Also, the included dropper does not appear to have markings to indicate what is exactly 1ml, which is the suggested dose.The taste is definitely on the strong side, with the cayenne having a bit of a kick, which wasn’t off-putting, just noticeable. I tried to mix it with a small amount of cranberry juice at one point, thinking it would make it easier to take but really threw it off. I just chugged it and moved on.I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, and the product seems to be well made. My only reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it’s a little early for me to tell how much of a long-term difference it’s making and the taste being a little different, made me reluctant to give a full 5 stars. Overall, I think it’s a pretty good supplement because all the ingredients and what they’re proposed to support. I would consider taking more of this down the road, if only the taste were a little better and I didn’t have to dilute it.

It helps, but flavor might not be everyone liking.
I believe this helps with managing your symptoms. However that is my opinion and not medical statement. As always with any medication consults your doctor. The flavor might not be everyone taste as the cayanne peper give its distinctive flavor. Overall very happy with the product.

Great ingredients and effects, but the dropper needs better markings for accurate dosing
I’ve been taking this LELUMOON liquid supplement for a couple of weeks now, and overall I’m impressed with the formula. The combination of cayenne pepper (at 1360 mg strength), berberine, cinnamon, CoQ10, gymnema, and the other supporting ingredients like hawthorn berry and turmeric feels well-thought-out for metabolic support, steady energy, and circulatory benefits. It’s plant-based, sugar-free, non-GMO, and has a pleasant organic raspberry flavor that isn’t overpowering—easy to mix into water or a smoothie without any weird aftertaste. No pills to swallow, which is a big plus for me.The product delivers on the energy and wellness side: I’ve noticed a bit more consistent energy throughout the day and less of that mid-afternoon slump, plus it seems to help with general circulation (my hands and feet feel warmer). At 1 mL per day for a 60-day supply, it’s convenient and cost-effective.That said, there’s one notable downside: the dropper (pipette) has no markings whatsoever to indicate ml measurements. The instructions clearly say to take 1 mL daily, but without any graduation lines or indicators on the dropper, it’s basically guesswork. I end up counting drops (around 20-25 drops seems close to 1 mL based on my rough testing), but it’s imprecise and a bit frustrating for something that emphasizes an exact daily dose. Not a fan and couldn’t finish the bottle.
I added a drop of this to my water every day for a week and that’s as long as I could tolerate.The instructions say to add 1 ml to the drink, but The dropper doesn’t have any marking to indicate what is 1 milliliter.I can’t say that this was effective or a great quality because in the end all I noticed was that it gave me a headache a little later. And personally, I couldn’t get over how the smell and taste was reminiscent of essential oils. I didn’t taste any raspberry flavoring at all.I did not monitor my blood pressure while taking this for a week. That may have been what contributed to my consistent headaches after having this though.I suppose the cost isnt too high for just experimenting. The combination of ingredients is similar to that of immunity shots but supposedly at a more cost effective price.I can only say that I don’t even want to finish though.

I usually prefer to take supplements directly rather than mixing them into drinks, so this worked well for me. The flavor isn’t amazing, but it’s tolerable and not unpleasant.I like the formulation with cayenne, berberine, cinnamon, CoQ10, and gymnema, and I do notice a bit more energy throughout the day when I take it in the morning.
