Too soon to tell the effect
I find that there seems to be little change in the way I feel taking these. The ingredients appear to be clean. I have not experienced any side effects whatsoever. There is no negative taste at all. The pill size is small, which I really appreciate. I am not feeling any boost in my energy level as of yet. I have been taking them for about two months. I will give it a couple more months to see if I start to feel more energized.

My Experience with Catakor SupplementsI recently started taking four Catakor supplements—NAD, NMN, Glutathione, Skin, Hair & Nails—and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the changes I’ve noticed.I take them every morning on an empty stomach. Before starting them, I would usually go to bed around midnight. Now, I naturally get sleepy around 9 PM and wake up around 5 AM, and I feel like I’m getting better, more consistent sleep.I’ve also noticed that I have much more energy throughout the day without the afternoon crash I used to experience.One of the biggest changes I noticed was in my glucose readings. My glucose has gone down from around 300 to about 120 since I started taking the supplements. That said, I also manage my glucose with prescribed medication, so I can’t say the supplements alone caused this change. So EFFECTIVE. Dont take at night!Can really energize but will NOT make you sleep. One 5 days ago and the 2nd as of the moment, i took the tablets 9PM as I was so busy, I had ZERO sleep. I feel so energized but veryyy sleepy and my heart is having occasional slipped beats. Hoping to sleep soon. Will buy again but this will be my last time taking it at night.
