Carlyle Ubiquinol comes in a bottle containing 60 soft gels with 200mg of Ubiquinol, a highly active and absorbable form of CoQ-10, a powerful antioxidant. It is thought to aid and assist with many bodily functions such as energy production at the cellular level, heart health, cognition, exercise performance and recovery. As we age we can expect our CoQ-10 levels to decline, so in my opinion supplementing our production of CoQ-10 with these soft gels is a good thing to do for overall health and to combat premature aging. This supplement is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, artificial flavors and sweeteners, and is non-GMO. Additionally, it has been subjected to laboratory testing for purity and quality. I do recommend it though you may wish to first consult with your doctor beforehand to let him/her know you have decided to take the product.

Actually manufacture BY and not FOR
This is, according to the label, actually manufactured “BY” Carlisle and not “FOR” Carlisle. Important if you have, like myself, been frustrated trying to locate information regarding whomever is actually making your supplements.Serving size is 2 softgels. Which makes each softgel the equivalent of 100mg of ubiquinol. Strangely enough, 100mg of ubiquinol is also at the high end of what is normally recommended for daily consumption.If you need the full 200mg that a full serving (2 softgels) provides, this is a pretty good value for a 1 month supply. It’s an even better value if you’re simply needing a maintenance dose, as this one bottle will last 2 months at 1 softgel per day dosing. This is how I’m using it.

I was trying to find something that cost less than qnol….I did but didn’t realize I have to take double the amount ao I ended up paying more than qnol. My bad … eh. If you only need 200 a day its a good deal and doesn’t hurt the stomach

I was looking for a good ubiquinol with the right amount of my which would last me for quite some time. This definitely ticked off all the boxes for me. I don’t feel an actual difference using it but I do know this is a great quality product

Wrong Product Sent
I was doing really great with this Uniquinol but the past couple times I have ordered I keep getting just the CoQ10 and my pain is back in full force. Don’t know why they are sending the wrong one.

I have had no problems using this supplement. I will keep buying it. It’s the same with other Carlyle supplements that I buy on Amazon. I don’t get weird feelings or headaches from them. I don’t get headaches or weird feelings from any brand of supplement from Amazon.

Kaneka Ubiquinol is a superior, active form of CoQ-10 and is truly a recommended form of the supplement; it’s faster acting, absorbed much quicker and one can consume less of it, while getting the same benefits of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ-10). I appreciate that this 100mg gel capsule is much smaller than the current 100mg Ubiquinol capsule by another brand that I am currently taking, as it’s the same strength but much easier to swallow. It is recommended not to exceed 200mg daily, so the daily serving of two of these 100mg softgels is on point.Ubiguinol is used to promote cardiovascular health and as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and lowers LDL cholesterol, so it’s a good daily supplement to be used for daily maintenance.Do note, that this particular formula is Non-GMO, gluten, wheat, yeast and milk free and free from artificial flavor and sweeteners, but does contain soy.
