Fiber without the slime you get mixed with water was what I wanted. Have only just got it took 1 was easy to swallow so far so good. Will increase to 3 capsules as I see how I tolerate

So these taste strange. It’s hard to explain the flavor. Your brain thinks they should be black licorice and when they aren’t your mouth goes what? I took these religiously every day until the bottle was empty. I found that nothing happened. No changed like others have reported or as the posting claims. Absolutely nada.

Great fiber supplements
This is definitely on my list of favorite vitamins I take. I have been struggling to intake enough fiber in my daily diet. This is a great way for me to stay on track and aid my gut health.
