    Easy gummy to assist with overall athlete recovery

    After doing some research regarding recovery methods and reading about the benefits of cherries, I purchased these for my kids (all athletes). It was recommended in my research to take these before bed to assist with sleep (which they take along with a magnesium complex supplement). The dose is 2 gummies–easy to do right before bedtime routine, though I wish it was only 1 based on the number in the bottle. It’s important that the cherries used are the tart cherries, not the sweet cherries, because of the higher concentration of anthocyanins. Tart cherries assist with reducing inflammation, reducing soreness in muscles day after hard workouts, natural melatonin, support immune system, and promote overall recovery. These tart cherry gummies are a great method to get natural recovery.

    Been taking these for about 3 years and its a great product. Tastes great easy to eat, like eating a gummy candy, so good that I have to hold back taking more than needed. High quality packaging and good value compared to other brands. These seem to help with my inflammation and I enjoy that they are vegan and gluten free non- gmo.
