I was having problems balancing out my hormones, and this product made the difference. Twice a month I was having horrible PMS, and this vitamin helped me to rest at night and adjust my mood to being pleasant. It does make me drowsy so I take it only in the evening before bed, and I rest completely all night. Before, I was waking up in the middle of the night quite often. PMDD: Vitex did a number on me, Saffron healed it
I have severe PMDD and now that I am in me 30s, the symptoms in the luteal phase are much worse. I started vitex and for 3 months had light, brown, and dry periods. It did not help the physical symptoms either, in fact I felt so much worse. I stopped that and got on this as soon as my period started. I went from those light barely there periods to a bright and healthy 5 day cycle! My mood is also better. This is a good value. For now I only take one a day at dinner or before bed and I wake up rested, refreshed, and in a great mood. It says to take two a day, but one seems to be enough for me right now. I will have to see how it holds up during luteal phase, but I am hopeful! Easy to swallow, simple to take, and reversed damage done by another supplement. WIN!
