Seems to help with blood sugar control
So far, I take this if I seem to get thirsty all the time even though I’m drinking plenty of water. Does help though I don’t take it every day. And, no, I haven’t been tested to see if my blood sugar is sometimes high. Just trying to make sure it doesn’t get there.
