Massive Dosage Size, 4 capsules!
We have a champion! At 4 capsules per dosage, I’ve never seem so much to swallow in a supplement. I’m not sure what the prize should be. Yes, they’re average size, easy enough to swallow, and have no worse odor than the earthy smell most probiotics have, but really? 4 per day? Maybe you can substitute them in for your bowl of popcorn for the night’s movie. It sounds great to get 150 in a bottle, but at that rate, it’s still only a 37.5 day supply. Not too impressive. That being said, it’s still a reasonable value at $26/bottle or $0.70 a day for 100 billion CFUs.My wife tried them, and she’s been pleased with the performance so far. No unpleasant gas, bloating, or diarrhea from them. She says it has actually helped her in just a week’s time. These would probably be good to keep around to restock your GI tract after any bout of antibiotics kills off your healthy biome. I’d consider other options with smaller dosage sizes before commiting, but that’s me.

I think it works! I’ve been taking as per directions, and I believe I have noticed a calmer digestive system. I have notice a major reduction in gas and bloating. I haven’t changed what I ate, so I believe this is due to this product. I like that the expiration date is clearly visible and all the probiotics are listed. I found spacing out the 4 tablets a day the best method to make 4 capsule serving size convenient for me. I did not notice any side effects. I found the capsules easy to swallow, slender, with no after taste. I don’t know if it really makes a difference but these are designed for a woman, so maybe that why they worked so well for me, I am a 65 yr old woman. I liked the tall jar, it was easy to hold and open. I have use Carlyle brand supplement before and have always been pleased with their quality quality. I believe these work for me, so they are a good value and I will be rebuying these.
