    This is really good and strong

    I like this product it is easy to swallow and very potent. I started taking this every day to see if I would get an allergic reaction and I did not. I rarely drink but If I do I take milk thistle next day for a week. I gave some to my father who is a diabetic and it Helped lower his blood sugar levels. He took this for 2 months with no insulin and now his sugar reading is 83 from 348. Every morning his reading went down but it took 2 months to be where it is right now. He has 3 meals no snacking between meals and no sugar, flour or rice.

    This stuff is a life saver. Its helping me get rid of my fatty liver, but Milk Thistle isn’t going to cure you…. you got to start eating right or this wont help! I highly recommend this one because of the potency. Great deal! I am ordering more as we speak!

    Definitely works. Helps immensely with a severe, medication-resistant mental illness. I’m sleeping better, too. It really thins my blood, though, so I needed to up my Vitamin K intake and scale back my use of Vitamin C and Red Light Therapy.
