    Wonderful results with Devil’s Claw

My back pains were getting much worse and I could barely walk even with canes or walker. A couple of weeks ago in desperation I went to see my pain management and spine surgeon doctors to see if they could do anything to relieve the pain. Basically they said that I had arthritis in my lower spine and there wasn’t anything more that they could do.So I began researching alternative ways of treating arthritis pain in the lower spine. I found that there were a few anti-inflammatory herbs and roots that people have been using with good success.I found one that looked promising on Amazon: Devil’s Claw for $11.00. I ordered some which arrived a couple of days later. I took one with supper. At about 1 AM I got up to pee and discovered the I could walk to the bathroom quite comfortably without canes. After that I took two with each meal. Since then I’ve cut down to one at each meal.My back and left thumb which had arthritis also felt amazingly good. I found that I was able to walk around the block without using canes and stand up straight without bracing myself on the counter. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked much better than anything the doctors did for me.I am passing this information along to my friends who might also be struggling with arthritis pain. So far I don’t seem to be having any side-effects and it works as advertised.

    Works very well for me

It’s nice to find such an effective product at a good price. Good value.I had been using Boswellia for nighttime pain and stiffening of the fingers of both hands, with pretty good results. When I needed to re-order, I saw a Boswellia product which included Devil’s Claw, checked it out and decided to try it. The improvement over just using regular Boswellia was notable. At re-order time, I ended up buying this product from Carlyle containing Devil’s claw alone. I take it at bedtime, and it works very effectively at preventing pain and stiffness in my fingers. Seems like it works even better than the combination with Bos. I forgot to take it one night, and man, did I regret it when I awoke during the night and the next morning! The pain/stiffness returned with vengeance.Pros: -it works very well for me-generous supply at a good priceCons: none except that the bottle cap is pretty flimsy, and broke pretty much the first time I opened it. It is a common size found on lots of supplement bottles, so I just re-purposed a cap from an empty bottle of something else, and all is well. I’m not even going to deduct a star for the cap because if it helps keep the price low, who cares if it has to be replaced by something that would just be discarded anyway?

Best thing for pain for me

I only use devil’s claw for pain for the last 6 years and don’t use anything else. It’s like ibuprofen anti inflammatory and anti pain but natural not synthetic like over the counter stuff. I seen it get my mother out of bed being bed ridden for two weeks with rumitoid arthritis, I got her to try this and two days later she was out of bed.It didn’t stop the pain completely but enough bshe could get back to life. I won’t use anything else for pain.

    The jury is out

I bought this hoping it would help with arthritis pain but so far I have not noticed a bit of change. Maybe with more time it will help.

Use Cat’s Claw with Devil’s Claw

One reviewer stated that he weighed the capsules and they only contain 350 mg, not the 1,000 mg stated. Even so, Carlyle has the most effective (reasonably-priced) Devil’s Claw supplement I’ve found. For me, combining Cat’s Claw with it gives the best effect. A friend gets her best results from Cat’s Claw alone. I notice a difference if I don’t take the Carlyle DC (or take an also-ran). I definitely amp up the results with the Cat’s Claw. You might check into the research where the nightshade family veggies, which are tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and eggplant, exacerbate arthritis symptoms in about 1/3 of arthritis sufferers. I’d probably be symptom-free if I could give up homegrown tomatoes!

    supplement for arthritic pain

I can tell a big difference in pain since I started taking this. Very good supplement for arthritic pain. Reasonable price.

    No more pain

This really works on the pain level. I really know it when I forget to take it in the morning. No side effects like meds.

    Quality

Used a few times I don’t use constantly as it’s not intended that way.
