I love these
Started these after bariatric surgery and they help so much with bloating and digestion. They’re easy to take and have zero weird side effects. No taste really although they smell a bit like cloves. And you cant beat good value for a good price.

I take this whenever I’m traveling and/or drinking too much. It really helps with water retention, anti-nausea and staying regular without going as extreme as a laxative. I usually start with one pill instead of the full two pill dosage. This deserves a higher rating. Try it. You won’t regret it.

Lo compré porque padezco de colon irritable y muchas comidas me producen gases pero desde que tomo éste suplemento mi digestión ha mejorado por las enzimas qué contiene además tiene cúrcuma y Vinagre de manzana. Lo recomiendo. Lo volvería a comprar.
