My natural nails are pretty weak. They’re flimsy and peel easily, and so without support, they stay short and look sad. I love wearing gel nail polish, but it can wreck my nails, and I have to start all over again by getting them healthy, allowing them to be bare and breathe.This product will also help your nails get healthy again. Typically I take gummies from that warehouse chain, however, I have experienced that the potency is hit or miss. I decided to try these out instead. I think I will be using these regularly in the future. I read somewhere that by taking too much Biotin your body will just expel it. That in mind, I only take one dissolvable tablet a day, and it seems to be working wonders! They taste just fine and the texture is not offensive. For the high potency and the cost, these are amazing.To note, they do not help my hair, only my nails.
