    great price for these I needed this because I need higher folic acid for my pregnancy so I recommend them.

    Good

    Tried this and another brand, and can’t tell the difference from not taking them. Folic acid is supposed to be good for your brains, so if you doc doesn’t disagree, why not? Can’t remember this supplement and not complaining it either.

    Great 5MTHF!

    This is a good quality supplement. I’ve been taking it for a bit I believe I’m on my 3rd bottle. I did see some difference in my labs. I stated taking because my doctor recommended, not the brand but the supplement, and specifically asked for me to look for 5 MTHF methylated because of the bioavailability. So far so good the value for the money is great. I don’t feel any after taste as. It comes in a capsule and the dosage is one capsule and the size of the capsule is small compared to other supplements.

    I have a gene mutation that causes me to only be able to take methylated folic acid. After taking for one month my labs looked anmazing. Ordered this 3 times I think and this is the first time this has happened. One busted in the bottle.
