    I wanted an RDA dosage because I don’t eat high zinc foods, and these were recommended by consumerlabs.com.Unless you have strong hands, or have a guy around, I found these impossible to open. Fortunately, I was putting them into a different container, so this was only a one time thing. But it’s crazy hard.
