   Hard to find in stores

   If 100IU is good, then 500IU must be great (a common misnomer among consumers when purchasing vitamins). I appreciate Carlson Labs for producing a low IU product so that accidental overdose is not an issue.

   The right dosage in one small gel cap

   I have been using this product for years to supplement my nutritional needs. It is hard to find foods high in Vitamin E and i highly recommend this product.
