    Miracle Worker in a Bottle

    After one week of a single teaspoon every morning, I began to see and feel results. All my aches and pains, amazingly, have gone away. I can now go shopping and after an hour or more of walking around, I don’t have intense foot or hip pain. I will say though, that if I eat out at a restaurant, sometimes my pain acts up, but not nearly as bad as it was – so the preservatives and chemical enhancers in restaurant food do not help your body. My knee pain is gone too. I can bend and step without any pain whatsoever.Along with the pain relief, my skin texture on my face has improved. I have smoother skin and my large pores do not look so large anymore. Three people (one of them being my husband) remarked that I looked better – like I was glowing. My husband also said my eyes look brighter. I’ve also noticed that the bottoms of my feet don’t seem so much like two pieces of shoe leather. I actually have more feeling in the bottoms of my feet than I had before, now that my skin is much more softer.I’ve been using this product for approximately 3 weeks. I have recommended it to so many people and will continue to use it and let others know that they can feel better rather quickly! The lemon flavor is so good that I absolutely do not mind taking this…and that says a lot because when a flavor is gross to me I will start gagging. This does not do that at all, in fact I don’t even have to chase it with water. As far as I’m concerned, this product is a miracle worker and the Carson brand is the only brand I will buy.

    The content has changed

    Disappointed to see retinyl palmitate and cholecalciferol on the label, which has changed compared to previous orders of the product. Prefer nutrients nature-ly occurring. Will not buy again.

    Love this fish oil. Ive been using it for years.

    Best fish oil ever!! Ive tried many. Among other benefits, this helps when I start to have an acne break out. I take a good portion at night and by morning my skin improves. This has been a beauty staple of mine for years. It also has a relatively pleasant taste. I only buy the lemon flavor. I tried the non flavored version once. Big mistake. The lemon version is the only way to go.

    WONDERFUL! No fishy taste.

    This liquid has NO fishy taste and no fishy smell. I was shocked that it tasted so pleasant. The Cod Liver Oil has a thicker consistency, much like maple syrup. The oil is completely clear and you’d never know it’s cod liver oil. It has a very mild, natural citrus flavor. You could give this oil to anyone and they’d never know what it was. SUPER HEALTHY and no bad taste…or after taste. Highly recommended.

    Carlson Cod Liver Oil with Lemon – Not your childhood cod liver oil

    I bought this at the recommendation of my registered dietician and I was hesitant when it came to having my first spoonful; was remembering my childhood of having McCrorys (?) Cod Liver Oil and how nasty it was to sense of smell, taste and texture, so I was not looking forward to this but my health was in play so I “took one for the gipper”. Opened up the bottle, no smell that I could detect (this was starting off well). Took a teaspoon, noted that it was clear, drank it and? Texture, or lack thereof was easy to swallow, hint of lemon BUT though it was not the stuff of my childhood trek down memory lane, it tasted to me like drinking lemon pledge. Before you count it out, I should say that considering what I was expecting, this was a dream! No bad smell, no aftertaste, no drinking gallons of water to get the taste out of your mouth but like I said, for a moment there, you are drinking lemon pledge! That’s why four instead of five stars but definitely a lot better than what I was thinking it would taste like so all in all, a good buy and a good way to go if you too, need to start taking cod liver oil and are worried about texture, taste, etc.

    I’m taking this for a Vitamin D deficiency

    I bought this after I found out from the doc that I had a vitamin d deficiency.I think it tastes great in diet coke and kombucha or even by itself. I wasn’t sure I would like it, but I really do!I am already feeling better (more energy and better mental health) after taking a tablespoon daily for about ten days. I prefer taking the oil over a supplement due to the other health benefits of cod liver oil.

    Not fishy!

    I love that I can take this, know that it works in my body quickly, and it doesn’t taste like fish at all. It actually has a light lemony scent and flavor, otherwise it’s just oily. I’m impressed! Now I just want to reap the benefits of adding it to my healthy lifestyle.

    I have used this product for over 5 years. I take a teaspoon at each meal that does not contain fish. I love getting the Omega-3 that don’t otherwise get in my diet. I prefer to use whole foods in my body and the less processed the better.

    I was pleasantly surprised there’s no fishy flavor to this! I just add it to my kids drinks or juice, and then I give a good shake, or use a frother, to blend it in long enough for them to drink it. My toddlers actually ask me to add it.
