Not bad, If You Can Read Korean
This product has not gone through the FDA, so I will only comment on the eating process.The gummies are soft and easy to chew and swallow. There is a slight grittiness in the texture. The flavor still has a sour bitterness that gives it a beet taste to it. I am not favoring the flavor, but it is not bad enough to drive me away completely. But it is not candy, so it is not intended to be a snack.The biggest downside is the Korean packaging. If you do not read Korean or have access to a translation app, everything from ingredients to directions will be unknown. It would be beneficial if there were different labels for English-speaking markets. Otherwise, these are satisfying red ginseng extract gummies.

But I will say that the texture of these gummies is pretty soft (Beware ordering them in hot weather. I suspect they could melt very easily) Honestly, I had trouble with the taste the first two times I took these. They were a strange kind of bitter/not good, in my opinion. But they grew on me. Good way to get Ginseng, but way too many sweeteners.
This is a good way to get Ginseng. But if any of these replacement sweeteners worked to replace sugar, you wouldn’t need all of them. Why isn’t stevia just good enough? If people were told stevia had carbs, no one would ever use stevia. I’d rather just deal with a little bitterness. Came well packed.

My daughter calls this “Health gummy” and diligently takes that for herself. It’s surprising- because she is quite picky on the supplements or even the sugary gummies for snacks. But she has never declined to have these gummies even though they are legit red ginseng ones!!I love that I can give her something she enjoys but that it is something she genuinely likes. It is not cheap one for sure, but this is not cheaply made so it is really worth of investment. My daughter has good energy with taking this regularly and it gives me peace of mind as parent. I sometimes sneak some for myself as it is pretty yummy!

Not fun to eat
Ginseng has been said to have many benefits. I ordered this as I was interested in some of those benefits. I have tried various gummy supplements in the past and I am a fan since they are convenient to bring around and often taste good. It also doesn’t require me to have water to swallow a capsule or pill. One thing I noticed about these gummies were that they were quite sticky and majority of them were all stuck together in a clump at the bottom of the bottle. I tried shaking it around a little and I did have some free and was able to get those. However, I know this will become increasingly difficult as I work through the bottle. The texture of the gummy itself was standard and I have no complaints about it being tough or mushy. The main thing I did not like about the gummy was the flavor. It was slightly sweet, but had plenty of herb-y, eastern-medicine-esque flavor. I did not enjoy it and would much rather consume this supplement in the form of a capsule or pill. While taking the supplement, I did feel focused and did not experience the negative side effect of insomnia. So overall, not fun to eat, but did seem to work.

These Korean Red Gingeng gummies from Care U are average sized & shaped to resemble the puffy characters featured on their packaging. The dosage is 2 gummies per day which provides 270mg of Panax Ginseng Root Extract (aka Korean Red Gingeng, or KRG). The bottle contains 60 gummies, or what Care U considers a 30 day supply. Upon opening them, I noticed they smell like red beets (maybe from the black carrot concentrate used as a natural colorant?) At first bite, you notice the gummies are very soft & open up with a pleasant berry flavor. As the gummy begins to break apart & dissolve from chewing, {surprise!} the vegetable flavor resembling red beet bursts out of the back side & lingers on your taste buds until you swallow the dose.The gummies are sweetened with Fructooligosaccharide, Allulose Syrup, and Steviol Glucoside, then flavored with a blend of seven Berry Concentrate Powders. All of these additives disguise the inherent bittery bite of ginseng root. The flavor of these gummies is easily palatable, but not something that I personally want to savor. I chew & swallow them as quickly as possible, and then follow up with an 8 ounce drink of water to wash away any traces of the beet aftertaste. Even though I don’t care for the total flavor experience of these gummies, that does not reduce this product’s rating. Flavor is subjective & purely a personal preference. The main thing to note is the manufacturer made their product edible (perhaps even enjoyable to everyone, except me) and their formula successfully removed all of the bitterness in these KRG gummies.Each serving contains 20 cals, 6g of carbs, and <1g of total sugars.The bite-size gummies come in a childproof, locking twist-top bottle. The bottle has a foil seal underneath the lid to ensure freshness & prevent product tampering. That plastic bottle is then packed inside a cardboard box, which was also secured with a protective safety sticker.Both the bottle & box are decorated with whimsical puffy characters & the cutie aesthetic that Korean packaging is notorious for. If you have kids, these designs will be very appealing to them, but it is critical that they do not gain access to the ginseng gummies inside that look like candy! Ginseng is not considered safe for children, so please exercise caution with these gummies & always keep them out of reach from little hands!While speaking on safety, there are contraindications surrounding Ginseng supplementation. From medical conditions to routine meds, there are many things that should not be mixed with Ginseng!! The potential risks & side effects associated with Ginseng use among these cautionary issues can be very serious... so I strongly encourage you to research this topic in advance. One of the studies regarding Ginseng usage now advises against taking it for extended periods. It's recommended that you take a week off for every 21 days of continuous dosing, and that you do not exceed 6 months of routinely supplementing Ginseng.It's also important for men to know that elevated levels of Ginseng mimicks estrogen in the human body. If you're a menopausal woman thinking about natural estrogen supplements, (or not a candidate for HRT), Ginseng may be an option. If you're already on HRT for menopause, Ginseng could interfere with your treatment. If you've ever been dx'd with any type of female specific cancer, Ginseng supplements are NOT safe for you! (This is just one example of how important it is to fully understand how Ginseng usage relates to your health).I'm only gonna mention one of Ginseng's side effects: it interferes with your sleep. You should never dose these before bed, unless you want to stay up all night. This is a supplement that is ideally consumed early in the day.These are just a few things to be considered before jumping into Ginseng. Yes, there ARE positive health benefits associated with taking this supplement, but it's important to educate yourself with the full scope of details beforehand & ensure that you're okay to use KRG.

I tend to trust Korean products because they have very high standards.Besides Korean red ginseng and Panax ginseng, these gummies contains fructooglioaccharide, a plant based carbohydrate that is found in many healthy foods such as onions and garlic. This carbohydrate is a prebiotic and also promotes healthy gut bacteria growth. It is also a low calorie healthy sweetener. The product additionally contains stevia, so there is less than one gram of sugar per serving. The gummies are colored with black carrot concentrate and have natural berry mix added for flavor.The gummies are shiny and soft and in a cute shape of a little ginseng character that’s on the box. They taste a bit herbally and rooty, but if you’ve ever had any kind of ginseng supplement then that is something that you would expect and perhaps even like.
