I’ve been taking these for a little while as part of my TTC routine, and so far I’ve had a good experience. I like that it includes the 40:1 myo to d-chiro inositol ratio along with other ingredients like folate and vitamin D, so I don’t have to take quite as many separate supplements. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any stomach issues. It’s still too early for me to say how much of a difference it’s making, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but overall I’m happy with the quality and plan to keep using it.

I’m in my mid-40s and have some mild PCOS. I never really had any negative symptoms of it until my late 30s. Four capsules per serving, so this is a one month supply. The pills are easy to take and are odorless. A little over twenty bucks for a one month supply isn’t bad. I do feel the positive effects when I take these and can confidently say they really work. They have helped improve my mood and gives me more energy. This includes l-methyl folate calcium which also helps with mood and energy levels. Of course there’s other beneficial ingredients like zinc, berberine, selenium, vitamin B6, and vitamin D3. Those are all helpful on their own, but this combined blend is great.
