Formulated in USA, not made in USA
Overall appears to be a good calcium product. There are however nuances in wording which can confuse some people. Just because it is formulated in the USA doesn’t mean it’s made in the US. This product still may be made in another country and imported back.Pills are easy to swallow and have no real aftertaste nor negative affects once taken. 3 tablets per serving is a big much vs. 1 or 2. It’s hard to tell if the benefits are really there but that’s with most supplements.

I like the logo and design of the bottle. It’s very generic and medical-looking, like a white lab coat! That doesn’t matter all that much, but to me it speaks of a professionalism in branding anyway.The capsules are also very medicinal-looking. being white.I was pleased to see that magnesium is one of the ingredients, because I have been reading recently how important it is to some of the things that ail me.Most women are advised to take calcium supplements with Vitamin D for better absorption, since we are more prone to osteoporosis than men, and we have smaller bones to begin with. I’ve been taking them for years, and I credit calcium supplements with the fact that my bones are not in bad shape at all for a woman my age. I even took a spill a few months ago with no breakage.The label on the bottle does not say this–and I think the label should say it–that these are GMP approved, meaning the FDA has inspected the facility where they are produced and vouches for the efficacy of their processes. I was disappointed to have to go to the product description to see that fact rather than being able to be reassured by the label.I think these are responsibly produced and are good supplements. I will have to wait to see what effect they have, if any is discernible.

The label confused me
I ordered 2 different products of this brand, and thought that they were both just vitamin D. This is actually a nice handy multivitamin that contains calcium and magnesium, among other things. It isn’t going to be 100% of your daily values, but it’s a good boost for somebody who already eats a reasonably balanced diet. If you are like me and usually think of vitamin D in terms of IU, 10mcg is the equivalent of 400 IU. The label doesn’t give the IU, just the mcg.

This is a good calcium for me
I take 3 of these for the Calcium and I add in my own magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3/K2, zinc, vitamin C, B1 and a fish oil. I also take nattokinase with it but that’s a personal preference because of the natural K2. When you take calcium and magnesium the ratio is supposed to be 2:1. I have to take a calcium supplement after I fractured my spine in 2022 and I also have bulging discs in my mid back that are painful and really, really irritate me. I noticed that when I take a calcium supplement my mid back pain from the bulging discs hurts a lot less. I still do a lot of other things to make that happen, but calcium is now essential for me.While I do like the other things that are added in to this other than calcium, it’s not enough for me personally to use as a standalone supplement. But having some of these things in the calcium supplement should help overall with absorption. Taking K2 (MK-7) with calcium is meant to get the calcium into your bones, as well.I don’t expect any calcium supplement blend to include all of the things I prefer taking. Overall my results with this product have been excellent. So I’m essentially rating the calcium in this product. Everything stated above is just my own personal experience and in no way am I making any medical claims.

Great supplement to have
I don’t drink milk so calcium is sorta one of those vitamins that I don’t normally get. However, the supplement helps out a lot. If you are looking for something that supplements your calcium, I would definitely give this a shot.

Great Quality Calcium Capsules!
As I get older, I worry about the strength of my bones. I take this supplement with C, D, K, Calcium, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium and more to help my bones stay strong, healthy and functioning great. As an added bonus, they are supposed to help your heart and immune system, too! I have no way of testing the long-term effects of this supplement, but I feel great and believe that they are helping fill in any gaps in my nutrition.The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day. The capsules are normal size and easy to swallow. You can take it with or without food. I have not experienced any stomach discomfort either way. I have not experienced any negative side effects either. I typically takes these before bed as they do have some magnesium in them, as well.
