Great supplement
I changed my vitamins from a multi to Grüns, which don’t have calcium, so I needed a new source. These are soft, tasty and easy to chew. I look forward to my evening “sweet treat”.

The taste is very pleasant and tropical. Since I’ve been taking the calcium with magnesium, it seems to be helping with my sleep as well.. I’ve started working out and only with Pilates, but with some weights, so this is to help keep my bones strong obviously, and overall it seems to help out with my work house, not being so painful, which usually happens a couple days after I lift the weights. The sink always is what I’m lacking between seasons., the flu or colts always get me in between seasons and this time taking this I blew through a two day cold and that was it. So this must really be helping. I’m gonna continue to take it. Continue reviewing it every month with any updates that may occur with a continuation of this but so far it’s great.

They are terrible. Every single one of them is stuck together. You can’t get them out of the jar. It’s a shame it can’t be returned. I have wasted whatever amount of money I spent on this dumb thing

I found the Calcium Magnesium Zinc with Vitamin D3 Supplement to be a wonderful supplement to incorporate into my day. It has a great balance of Calcium, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Zinc and Ashwagandha.As with all vitamins and supplements, claims need to be taken with a grain of salt as most are not backed by the FDA etc, however, with that said I found these to work well for me. According to the what the manufacturer claims, they will help with Muscle Recovery, Support Bone & Teeth Health, and Promotes Relaxation. I work out regularly and these are some of the things I look for with supplements that I consume.After a few weeks, I have noticed that my sleep has been more restful, and my workouts seem to have less downtime with recovery. I cannot claim that those are all due to this supplement, but I will continue to take to see if the benefits I appear to be having are persist and are consistent.Being able to take this in a gummy form is wonderful as well, as it is almost a small treat to start my day. They have a great flavor, consistency, and the best part they are sugar free. I normally do not consume Maltitol and xylitol, as they are bulking agents that help in preventing dental cavities, reducing calorie values and glycemic index or “sugar alcohols” but these do not seem to bother my digestion in any way.Overall I would rate these a good buy and would purchase again.
