This product arrived well-sealed and packaged to maintain its freshness. The bottle contains 60 gummies, providing a 30-day supply with the recommended dosage of two daily. Each serving of two gummies contains 1000 mg of calcium citrate, 400 mg of magnesium glycinate, 11 mg of zinc, and additional vitamins and minerals such as D3, K2, phosphorus, folate, potassium, and B6. This food supplement is multi-functional with many vitamins and minerals that you can take one for several purposes. I got this for suppleness to help sleep and maintains calcium, based on my own studies. This is a nice source for this purposes. As expected, It also has vitamin D3 to help absorbing calcium. In addition, it also has other vitamins and minerals as listed on the bottle. As I can see that it also have B family of vitamins that I might need to prevent anemia since I do not eat much meat. The gummy tastes nicely as I take two after meal.

Taste is very good
Taste is very good and has the right amount of vitamin’s that you will need. I have weaker bones and found some of the calcium pills were just too large and hard to swallow. These are good amounts in them and are easy to chew then swallow. The combo of Calcium Magnesium Zinc I have all found is great for recovery if you work out, so after some yard work these are great for getting over the soreness. Really like also they are sugar free and do have a slight after taste, but nothing too bad. Only issue I had was they will get stuck together if you let them get warm, but the fridge they are too hard. Cool dry place

I always order this 2pk. of Vitamins. I will say that this will be almost two years that I’ve been on them. Great Calcium & Magnesium supplement ( along with other vitamins )The ONLY negative I have to say is that with my latest order, I was only sent 1 bottle (charged for) .Is this an Amazon or manufacturer problem, please advise ???

Unsure about the brand
I believe the requirements for labeling of dietary supplements is met, but I am not entirely confident in taking this supplement. The distributor is listed, but there is no country of manufacturer, reports, or any detail available besides what’s printed on the bottle.Packaging seems okay, sealed bottle with a child resistant cap. I have tasted one and it is a bit tough but chewy and the taste is sweet and does have a hint of the artificial raspberry flavor.
