Together these vitamins and supplements support bone health, cardiovascular function and overall healthy balance. The ingredients are in a highly absorbable form which makes them easy to digest and gentle on the gastrointestinal system.The product is manufactured by a small business concern (always nice to support small businesses), and the product formulation is vegan, gluten-free and third-party tested. There are no preservatives, artificial or synthetic fillers or additives. I note there is no mention of the manufacturing facility, so if you have sensitivities and/or allergies to e.g. fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, soy, daily, etc., you might want to check further before ingesting. For the rest of us this product is a good way to get your daily needs for calcium and other supplements. It is a quality product but is a bit pricey when compared to other available sources.
