Tastes good
These calcium citrate gummies taste good and have a nice texture, which makes them easy to take consistently. The price is pretty reasonable as well.My only real complaint is the quantity. The bottle comes with 45 gummies, and at 2 servings per day, that doesn’t even make it through a full month. That seems a little odd to me.As far as noticeable effects go, I can’t really say I’ve experienced any prominent changes from taking them, but that’s not necessarily surprising with a calcium supplement.Overall, they’re a good-tasting, reasonably priced option. I just wish there were enough gummies for a full month’s supply!

I just personally feel more comfortable taking supplements when the manufacturer, sourcing, and quality testing are clearly explained.So overall, I like the gummies themselves and the fact that they taste good, but I’m hesitant to give them a stronger recommendation because I wish there was more transparency about where they come from and how they’re tested.

Excellent gummy calcium citrate
Citrate is the best version of calcium and this is the best flavor of calcium citrate! At least in my subjective opinion. They don’t add sugar or artificial sweetener to it. So, it has a faint bit of sweetness to the taste but not excessively sweet. That really works for me. As does the raspberry flavor.The reason I also say calcium citrate is the best formulation for calcium is because I get kidney stones and my urologist said I need to be sure that version of calcium I take is calcium citrate.Strong bones, no kidney stones, pleasant taste: these are the gummies for me!

I found the Calcium Citrate Gummies to be an easy way to swallow calcium pills. I liked the raspberry flavor, and I found the gummies easy to chew and swallow. I had no complaints about the taste or texture.My concern is with the lack of information about the brand and the product. I couldn’t find much information about Nalirfal or where these supplements are manufactured. There was very little information on the product listing, so I had hoped the container would provide more details when it arrived. Unfortunately, the container didn’t give me the additional information I was looking for either.While I liked the gummies, I am not comfortable continuing to take a supplement when I can’t find enough information about the company behind it or where the product is manufactured. Because of that, I don’t plan to take any more of these.
