Like most vitamins and supplements, it is hard to review and say how it works, but I can comment that these have good flavor and are really soft to chew. I have had them open for a couple months now and they haven’t gotten hard on me. I like that these are sweetened with stevia and not sugar, and that there is no weird aftertaste like sometimes happen for me with stevia. I would recommend trying these.

These taste good but the serving size is below the recommended daily dosage for Calcium Citrate. I’ll probably take three of these even though two gummies is the recommended dosage. A little pricy for only 1,200 mg of Calcium Citrate.
