So far so good, hopefully helps my bones
It has been recommended to me as a middle aged woman to be sure that I take care of my bone health and get enough calcium and vitamin d, which is why I decided to order this all in one supplement to take care of my bones. The capsules are not very large or difficult to swallow which is nice. The serving size is two capsules, which makes this bottle a 75 day supply. I cannot yet speak to the health benefits of this supplement, but I have not experienced any negative side effects or problems with it either. At the current price of about $16 for a 75 day supply, I find that to be a decent deal for what you get, especially since it has multiple supplements in one to help them absorb and be used by the body most effectively, and I do recommend this product to others from my personal experience so far.

So far so good. Purchased because there are so few options with K2. Packaging is excessive (container too large for contents) and the SMALLEST FONT to read ingredients, etc. I’ve ever seen in my life! I had to go back to Amazon pictures and zoom in, because I didn’t have a magnifying glass handy.

Questionable safety concerns
The container safety seal was not intact and the inside lid had brown and red stains. This leads me to believe that these are not safe to ingest.The dosage of Vit D was inconsistent. The label on my bottle read 125mcg (5000 IU). The label on the website read 125mcg (1000 IU). So do the pills contain 1000 or 5000 IU? No returns are permitted as it is a food product and the manufacturer hasn’t replied to my inquiry, so now I have to throw these away. I won’t consume something that is potentially contaminated. What a waste of time and money.
