    Wow!

    So I’m not really sure what is supposed to all be in this besides calcium citrate and it’s not entirely clear to me that there’s anything extra in it, but this is the minimum that I need to eat on a regular basis. I’m a little sad that this doesn’t have vitamin D and magnesium in it, like I was hoping it would like another multivitamin revolves around calcium citrate does, but I still might end up making the switch. I only take about half of these as a dosage to help with my parathyroid and I appreciate that this one doesn’t feel like really tough to eat and chewy. Instead, the gummies have a really vibrant strawberry flavor that goes down with ease and I’m not struggling to have to take them. It’s already hard enough getting myself to take medication and I find that this is refreshing since the flavor of these calcium citrate gummies is not so gross that I’m perturbed by taking these daily.
