Salutari’s Calcio & Mas is a dietary supplement containing the minerals Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc along with Vitamin D. The box contains ten plastic vials. Each vial contains 10ml (0.34 Fl oz) of a milky white liquid, which has a pleasant taste of citrus and mint. Before I tried the first vial, I was thinking it was going to have a chalky texture, but I was wrong. I found it easy to take, and 10 ml is only a little more than two teaspoons. There are instructions in both English and Spanish, as well as the supplemental Facts on the back of the box listing the ingredients and the percentage of the daily recommendation of each four main ingredients. This is a product of Spain and is very nicely packaged with two trays of five vials each. The lids on the vial have a safety seal, and you can hear it snap loose when twisting off the cap, which is a nice safety feature. Be sure to shake well before use. The vials are made of Polyethylene terephthalate plastic (PET #1) which is BPA free and is recyclable, which is a plus.

I decided to give this liquid version a shot, and honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised.The taste is actually pretty good—not super chalky or medicinal like I was expecting. It goes down easy and doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste. I’ve been taking it every morning for about a week now, and it’s so much easier to stay consistent with.10 servings goes by pretty fast, so I’ll definitely need to reorder sooner rather than later. But as far as the formula and convenience go, it’s a total win.Will buy again! I like that they last for years before they expire so I can definitely see them being stocked up on by people in case of any emergency events like natural disasters

I really like the concept of a liquid vitamin, and these vials contain a great combination of vitamins. I did not realize however, that these contain artificial sweeteners and flavors which is something I avoid. For me, artificial ingredients lower the quality of any consumable product. These come out to be around a dollar per serving which seems a bit expensive to me.

These supplements come in liquid form. The package has an expiration date of Oct 2028. Each vial has a seal that breaks when you twist the cap to open it, and it was easy to open. The liquid is white colored and smells like orange. The description says it’s unflavored, but it has a slight orangy taste with a bit of mint flavor and it’s a bit chalky, which I’m not crazy about. The flavor isn’t horrible, but it’s not great. The white color just makes it worse for me to swallow though, I’m not sure why. So I’m glad the vials are tinted and I can’t really see the color. As for consistency, it’s not thick, but it reminds me of drinking milk of magnesia. After drinking the liquid, my stomach started feeling nauseated. The package comes with 10 vials. One serving is 1 vial and contains 0 sugars, 6mg Sodium, 2.5mcg Vitamin D, 300mg Calcium, 150mg Magnesium, and 6mg Zinc. There’s no GMP certification stamp (this ensures the product is of high quality and safe) or any other stamp on the package. As with most supplements, it’s hard to tell if these supplements are effective or not. For 10 vials at $10, it’s $1 per serving. Not sure the high price tag is justified.

This review is for the Calcio & MAS Calcium Magnesium Zinc Supplement with Vitamin D, 10 ServingsYou get 10 small bottles that are easy to open that contain the liquid product. You simply need to shake the bottle well and then drink it. I did find that even after shaking that I found some settlement on the bottom of the bottle. I simply added some tap water to dissolve it. I found the taste to be pleasant and not too bad, somewhat chalky and has a tangy citrus flavor. The cost works out to be about $1/bottle which is a bit high. I did appreciate how easy it was to take since I sometimes have problems with capsules and pills. You will also notice that most of the labeling is in Spanish but there is English for the some of the information.
