No cinnamon smell whatsoever
I am afraid to take this as it has no cinnamon smell at all which worries me because that is supposed to be the main ingredient. Also with the news that some cinnamon has been found to have lead in it, it makes me worry more about this. I can’t really rate this as I have not taken it. I would like to have some assurance that there is no lead in it.

I bought this as a convenient way to take CEYLON, whenever I have sweets or other hi-carb foods.However, there’s a host of other herbals with it, such as milk thistle, which supports healthy liver function,so that’s a big plus for me. Convenient and helpful for my diet (or lack thereof lol)!

This supplement product arrived on time. I am a senior in my mid-70’s, but feel this supplement product can be helpful for adults of any age. The ingredients are easily listed both on the front and back of the bottle. You can do your own research for this supplement, but for me, my research showed many important elements that I use daily for my health. It is so nice to find most everything in these capsules. The value is there and after about three weeks of usage, I can say I my mood is a bit more positive with a bit more energy that lasts through the morning and into the afternoon. The bottle instructions say morning or night, but for me, I take my capsules in the morning. Very please with this purchase.
