better than pills
Liquid vitamins are better absorbed than pills so I am trying to fill my nutritional needs with liquid supplements. I read in a review about how bad the taste of this product was. I disagree. It is not strong or offensive, yet it isn’t good either. I mix with water, you could mix with juice. I have been taking supplements long term so do not see significant difference yet. Only been taking for about 3 weeks. Will return later and say if I do see a difference.

Works great for my skin & hair
I never like taking pills. This formula taste fairly good and I can feel the difference.I am in my mid-30s – where I start to see my skin gets more dry and hair less full than I was in my 20s. These are really minor but I wanted to do something about it. I live in a dessert-like climate where my skin on my legs are very dry. I tried all sorts of lotion but only can help so much. Within 2-3 weeks, I notice that my skin feels more hydrated and supple. It’s fairly amazing, consider this is a remedy ‘from the inside out’, rather than lotions that directly apply to the skin. Then in about a month, I start to notice my hair more full and grow faster, just like when I was in my 20s.I am very happy with the product & will continue to use that. Buried Treasure’s liquid vitamins is also great.

Easy way to take vitamins
I got this one because I wanted vitamins for my hair and I can’t swallow pills. I like this one because it doesn’t have the artificial sweeteners in it. It has stevia but it wasn’t the modified stevia, Reb A.I can’t stand that so many products out there insist that artificial sweeteners are not bad for you so they put it in just about everything but in reality it is poison and makes me sick.The first time I had this I shook it up really well but maybe it wasn’t shook up enough I don’t know. But I put this in my tea and there were orange colored oil that stuck to the side of the glass. It was really really sticky and took a good rubbing to get it off the glass. The orange stuff wasn’t as sticky after a few uses of it.This doesn’t taste that bad. I haven’t tasted it by itself but I would put it in my sweet tea and it was almost like adding a lemon or some other citrus to my tea. The stevia makes it taste a little weird but it didn’t make me sick so I got use to it. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am that it didn’t have any artificial sweeteners in it. Yay.I’m not that observant of the results of this. I did notice though that my nails were prettier and shinier. I think my hair was benefiting but not sure. I felt like I was getting better nourished overall.I want to get this again when I get money for it. It was something doable for me.

Definitely helped my nails
I love this stuff! I’ve been using it for about 2 months and it makes my nails & hair grow like weeds. I’ve always had weak brittle nails that grow to a certain length then crack or split. Since starting this my nails have become very strong & the ridges I once had are now gone & smooth. I would be lost without it & will never stop taking it. The taste is fine but has a weird after taste. I mix it with a cranberry juice blend & it grows down great… no bad after taste at all. If you have weak nails or hair that has stopped growing try this. You will NOT be sorry!

I started this stuff about a month ago. It hasn’t been enough time to notice a major difference in my hair, but I tried to trim my nails earlier and they were so strong and healthy, they were difficult to cut. They have also been growing really fast. I usually have issues with hang nails and my nails splitting and snagging all the time, but this seems to be going away. My skin is also very very soft. I usually have soft skin, but now I feel like I have been taking a daily milk bath and using some luxurious lotion, and I’m not at all. My skin also seems more evenly toned and my complexion is nice. I don’t normally have a big problem with that, but I recently had some hormonal issues and was breaking out more than usual and it has completely cleared up. That part could just be hormonal thing, but it just seems ironic. When I run my hands through my hair right at the roots it seems thicker than it did a month ago. Like I said, it’s not a huge difference yet, but I think as my hair grows out I will notice it more. Basically, I think this stuff is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. I already have been. It does not taste good, but that is no big deal to me. I can live with that. I lost a ton my of my hair after having my last child and after reading other reviews was helping that this would help and I believe it is. It’s making my skin and nails awesome as well!! Win win!!!

My hair stylist recommended this and takes it herself. She told me she recommendds this to all her clients that have thinning hair and hair that’s not growing or strong. It’s also wonderful for brittle, peeling nails. I cannot believe the results I’m seeing! My nails are not only longer but strong, and my hair is finally growing! I’ve had dips in my thumbnails for so long that I literally thought I’d be stuck with them that way for life. But now they’re growing out smooth and thick! I’m seeing new hair around my hairline come in as well, and it looks like I’ll be getting my hair trimmed early this month! I’ve taken many OTC h/s/n pills, variations of vitamins, and tried several salon treatments for the past 5 years. This is the first thing to work. I’m now on my second bottle after seeing results in the first two weeks, and just bought two more bottles so I won’t run out. Additionally, I’ve recommended this to all my social media friends as well. I’m excited about this product!

Very expensive, I’m not sure if it works by itself but I’ve used it with biotine tablets and another product with biotine. Hair thicker and stronger nails eye lashes starting to grow better.

30 days of Nail Breakage!
I purchased this supplement to aid in improving the health, growth & thickness of my hair. I have always had healthy, strong long fingernails however, since using this supplement my nails begin to break very easily with doing simple task like opening the door, a slight hit, etc. Now all of my nails are short and 30 days later no improved difference with my hair.

Makes me sick
Had the first time and had a different taste to it than this time. The first one I had was pink and was more thicker consistency. This one is orange flavoring that has orange pieces. I don’t know because of the xanthm gum or guar gum but it makes me nauseous and my stomach cramp! Won’t be getting again!
