Some products that are based on shilajit, as this one is, do not provide any breakdown of the components. And that’s a problem.Happily that’s not the case here. The Fulvic Acid content is precisely given (per dose) as well as the iron content–which, other than trace amounts of heavy metals–is the thing you need to look at closely. You don’t want to overload yourself with iron.In this case, the total iron in the recommended dose is only 14%. The overwhelming content is Fulvic Acid, which is exactly what you’re looking for.Read up on Fulvic Acid and Shilajit on the NIH website, among other sources, if you want more detailed knowledge of the benefits.Five stars–thank you, Buried Treasure, for actually including a breakdown of the product.

Easy to take and seems good
I like this fulvic mineral liquid supplement. It contains a nice load of fulvic acid solution with added calcium and iron for general wellness. It is easy to incorporate into your diet. Low in carbs, sugar and calories. It has a pretty decent flavor and can be taken by mouth or mix in water or juice. Seems good so far.

Buried Treasure gave detailed information, such as shake the bottle first. I added it to my water, and it turned my water to tan, but no change in taste. This fulvic acid mineral drops has a great blend of essential minerals and then of course the trace minerals. I am sensitive to supplement tastes and smells and this is no exception. It has a taste that gives me immediate gag but that is on me, no fault of the product. I mix it with other liquids to take these mineral drops.

Important to know PSA
So I feel like it’s important to say here because health food enthusiasts and naturopathic consultants are widely recommending these minerals and not talking about the fact that they CAN and do bind to certain foods and elevate ESTROGEN. Example beans,legumes,seeds, some fruit and vegetables etc. This is ok for some people but for some woman this can be very problematic. This does not make this a bad product it’s just the nature of this particular supplement / not specific to brand. This supplement made my breasts swell like I was pregnant after only about 5 days on it. If your high risk for estrogen sensitive conditions I would forgo trace minerals all together. While beneficial it can cause issues for some of us.

Great Way to Get Minerals
This fulvic mineral complex is very easy to take. It a brownish color and doesn’t really have a flavor to it (kinda like dirt water) and when it is mixed with other liquids you can’t even tell it’s there. It comes with a nice dropper and states to shake it well before each use and to consult your medical professional before starting. It does have a couple preservatives as you can see in the photo of the supplement facts I included.
