Easy to take lion’s mane capsules
We like to take lion’s mane regularly for brain and immune health. There is always debate about fruiting body vs mycelium, but both contain beneficial substances, and some studies have actually found mycelium to be superior for this particular mushroom. These capsules have no noticeable odor and are small and easy to swallow. We have not had any negative side effects from taking them.We love that they contain a good dose of lion’s mane and no filler and that the capsules are not gelatin. There is no information about where they’re made or whether they’re 3rd party tested, though, so that would be our one caveat.

I wanted this to work. I need to find something top help me stay focused. Unfortunately this did not very effective with that. If anything, I have noticed that I have a harder time staying focused. They are easy to take and do not upset my stomach at all. I am just not seeing any results/benefits.

Ultra easy way to add some helpful nootropics to my daily coffee

Good formulation of Lion’s Mane
As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients are right for you. I was looking for pure Lion’s Mane supplement, because typically it’s sold in combination with other ingredients. I was interested to see what the effect of just this mushroom is, because quite a bit is written about it. 1,000 mg also seemed like good potency.The bottle comes fully sealed, inside and out. Good quality packaging gives you the peace of mind that the product hasn’t been tampered with. The pills (gelcaps) are regular size and are easy to swallow with just water. There is no scent, taste, or aftertaste, and I did not notice any side effects, such as upset stomach.When it comes to evaluating supplements, effects are different for everyone. I am not sure what I expected, but so far, I can’t really see the difference or any effects, such as better brain functioning or pain relief. Maybe it’s individual, or maybe I need to let more time pass. Effect could also be gradual, and I might get used to it before I can really see the effects.Given the ingredients, it’s good value for money. You get about two months’ worth, so it’s a decent money to product ratio.

Bunkell Lion’s Mane Capsules
I’m relatively new to using mushrooms as a supplement. I’ve used mushroom coffee and cocoa and really liked its effects and thought I’d try something new. These are great for mental clarity and focus, and they’re also good for immunity. I also feel more calm and relaxed when I use mushroom supplements. These are easy to take and I particularly like the antioxidant qualities and benefits for gut health. You take two daily with or without food and it’s a 60 day supply, enough to test how well it works for you over time.

I’ve been taking this for a while but I don’t think I’ve noticed any improvements after taking most of this. It has not made any improvements to my brain I feel, I have no increase in energy or well, brain power. The ingredient list looks pretty legit though. I think if mushrooms help you, this can, but if they don’t typically, then you might end up like me and not feel anything when taking them, which makes it not worth it for the cost.
