I bought these because I don’t like taking pills, half the time I feel like I’m trying to ingest a battery.I like supplements that don’t require a large cup of water and have to gag down. What can be easier to use than a gummy chew ? I have been noticing my skin especially in the winter time gets as dry as a saltine cracker and the gummy taste like a candy instead of having an earthy aftertaste experience I have had with other chews.The ingredients consist of 3000mg of Biotin, which stimulates hair growth. This gummy contains vitamin C which allows your body to synthesize the 200mg of collagen. The type of collagen is Hydrolyzed Collagen, when broken down into peptides your body more readily absorbs than non-hydrolyzed variants. It’s free of artificial flavors and corn syrup. Also uses natural coloring.Well to round this off, it’s easy to use because it tastes good, it’s made with quality ingredients, it’s priced well. To be honest I don’t think a month of using can fully express its effectiveness. I would need a longer trial period a they give you a month worth at 60 gummies but had no negative results. Hair growth and nail growth results take up to eight weeks so patience is required. I also like that it wasn’t overly sticky as some other gummies.

The dose for these is 2 gummies per day. They are medium chewiness, a little more firm that the famous bear-shaped candy The flavor is great – a tangy strawberry. They do have Xylitol which I’ve heard is helpful for keeping plaque off of human teeth – but be VERY careful if you have a dog. As many of you know, you absolutely have to keep xylitol away from your fur babies. They also have 3.9 grams of carbs and 16 calories per dose (2 gummies). So if you’re limiting carbs, that’s good to know.I like that they are non-GMO, have no corn syrup, and are GMP Certified. They’re easy to take and don’t cause any digestive issues for me. I like the ingredients and have taken collagen for hair, skin, and nails for years. I take SO many vitamins and supplements in capsule or pill form, that it’s nice to get these beneficial nutrients in a delicious form.Another plus, the bag and seal on it are good quality. Normally these rip and I have to transfer my supplements to a zip-seal plastic sandwich bag. Not these – the zip seal closes well and hasn’t ripped yet.
